Born on the edge of the world.
It was never going to stop there.
From the Apple Isle
We are lucky to live, work and play in Nipaluna/Hobart on the Island State: Lutruwita/Tasmania, one of the most naturally spectacular places on Earth.
It was the rugged Tasmanian wilderness combined with our world-class wine and whisky that inspired the first Uprising glass, and it is that same connection to place that drives every design we create.
Across the Country
Since launching in Tasmania, we have expanded to celebrate iconic landmarks and natural wonders across the whole country.
The approach is the same wherever we go: find a landscape worth honouring, sculpt it into glass, and let the place tell its own story.

Honestly, we're pretty proud of these. No minimum orders, a sell-through guarantee, same-day dispatch and subsidised freight. We designed our terms to make saying yes as easy as possible.
Opening Order
No MOQ • Free display kit included on opening orders of $330 or more.
Sell-Through Guarantee
Any SKU that has no sales within 60 days of your opening order can be exchanged for a different SKU.
Reorder

Questions
Can I see samples before placing an opening order?
Yes. Contact us before applying and we can arrange a sample. We would rather you hold the product and be confident before committing. Once you see them as your customers will, it becomes an easy yes.
Can I stock specific glasses rather than a full collection?
You can, and we will always work with your preference. However, in our experience stockists who display a full collection see stronger sell-through than those who carry just one or two SKUs. Customers gravitate to the landmark they have a personal connection with, not necessarily the one closest to your store.
Do you really offer a sell-through guarantee?
We do. We're confident enough in our products that if any SKU has had no sales within 60 days of your opening order, we'll swap it for one that better suits your customers. In practice, our stockists don't need this guarantee: 82% have placed a reorder, and more than half order three times or more. But the guarantee is there, and it's genuine.
Do you ship across all of Australia?
Yes. We ship nationally from our warehouse in Melbourne, so wherever your store is, we can get stock to you. Shipping is subsidised - we pay some, you pay some - and is calculated at checkout based on order volume and location.
What if stock arrives damaged?
Thankfully, this is extremely rare. However sometimes, couriers have a bad day… Photograph the damage and let us know within 7 days of delivery. If it works for you, we’ll credit a replacement towards your next order, or happily replace it if required urgently.
Can online-only retailers apply?
Uprising Glassware is designed to be experienced in person. Our stockists consistently find that customers who hold the product and can appreciate it from all angles, buy it. We prioritise physical retail placements, but if your online store has a strong fit, please do get in touch.
Can you create a custom design for our venue or organisation?
Yes. We work with cultural institutions, tourism organisations, fine drinks producers and more to create bespoke designs featuring a landmark or icon unique to your brand. A fully bespoke 3D drinking glass is unlike anything else in the gift and merchandise space, so please get in touch to discuss your brief. We can also arrange custom engraving on existing products.
Do you offer wholesale access for corporate gifting or bulk purchases?
Yes. We offer dedicated pricing for corporate and event-based bulk purchases, including conference gifts for speakers and delegates. We can also arrange custom engraving for these orders. Get in touch directly to discuss quantities and pricing.
